Declan Spurlock

Declan Spurlock is an associate attorney at Radchenko Law Group, where he focuses on family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, and post-decree modifications.

He has successfully handled high-conflict custody disputes and high-asset divorces, guiding clients through emotionally and financially complex situations with confidence and care.

Declan brings a well-rounded approach to his practice, with experience both litigating in the courtroom and negotiating settlements outside of court.

Whether advocating for clients before a judge or helping them resolve matters amicably, he tailors his strategy to serve their best interests while minimizing unnecessary stress and conflict.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Northeastern State University and received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2023. Declan passed the Texas Bar Exam in 2024 and is licensed to practice throughout the state.

Known for his approachable demeanor and clear communication style, Declan is deeply committed to ensuring his clients understand the legal process and feel informed at every stage. He takes the time to listen, explain, and guide—building trust while delivering results.

Outside of his legal work, Declan enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending baseball and hockey games. He also volunteers with Honest Outdoors, a nonprofit that introduces underserved youth to outdoor activities and hunting traditions.

Declan brings dedication, clarity, and compassion to every case, making him a trusted advocate for families navigating difficult times.
